For new members, we require that you are 110+ as an Attacker, and 90+ as a Priest. If you are close to any of those level requirements, we will consider letting you join if you pass an interview. The interview is required by EVERYONE, they are basic questions asked by no less than two juniors from the guild. [Ex: Are you active?] Please be mature and respect everyone in and out of the guild.
As for the New Guild that has been Created on 8/9/2009, I don't believe that there is a Level requirement but I'm not so sure. Either way, we only accept people that are mature and nice.
